Booking and confirmation
An appointment is confirmed once a member of our team has replied to your request. Please arrive a few minutes early so your consultation can begin on time.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for at least twenty-four hours notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, because the chair is reserved exclusively for you.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices in Indian Rupees. The final price is confirmed with you before any treatment begins, and payment is due on the day of your visit.
Health and allergies
Please tell your stylist about allergies, sensitivities, recent cosmetic procedures, or any medication you are taking before a treatment begins. Some treatments are not suitable for every skin type.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
