When you submit the booking form we record your name, phone number, email address, chosen service, and preferred date. We also keep a record of the treatments you have received so your stylist can continue your formula and preferences on the next visit.

Payments taken in the salon are processed on our own terminals; full card details are never stored on this website.

Your details are used to confirm and remind you of appointments, to prepare your stylist for your service, and to send the occasional seasonal offer. We do not sell or rent your contact details to third parties.

Client records are retained for as long as you remain an active client, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour rebooking preferences. You can ask us to delete your marketing contact details at any time.

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct anything that is out of date, or to have it erased. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Preferences you change in your browser are respected but never transmitted to us.
